We get that question quite a lot — what is GETTA GRIP® actually about?

And to be honest, that’s exactly why we wrote this book.

GETTA GRIP® isn’t just a catchy phrase.
It’s a registered trademark of GETTA® since 2024 — the name of our method, developed through years of hands-on experience within administrative organizations.

A method that stands for clarity, structure, and control.
Or better said: for grip — on processes, on execution, and on how an organization manages and secures its administrative foundation.

Why we wrote this book

Anyone who works in an administrative organization knows: it’s the engine that keeps everything running — yet also the place where things easily get stuck.
Too many lines, not enough overview. Too many assumptions, not enough clarity.

When we started writing THE GETTA GRIP® METHOD, we wanted to do something rare in our field:
put our knowledge and experience into words. Not as a heavy theory, but as a practical guide for anyone involved in administrative processes.

We wanted to show that grip isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.
For calm. For continuity. For trust.

What GETTA GRIP® is (and what it’s not)

The journey behind the book

What started as an idea scribbled on loose notes turned into a structured process —
and eventually into a project that grew with every chapter.
We worked, rewrote, sketched, crossed out, and laughed.
Sometimes it flowed; sometimes it didn’t.

Somewhere between the coffee, the checklists, and the building blocks of our method, it became clear what this book had to be:
an accessible guide for anyone who wants to gain — and maintain — grip on their work, their processes, and their results.
