Global payroll transition
As an Interim Global Payroll consultant, we have years of experience guiding international companies. For example, we guided the payroll organization for a spin-off of a large international company with the transition to a BPO payroll model. After an extensive risk assessment, we managed to standardize and harmonize the operational processes.
By supporting administrative processes with templates and documentation, we created a stable foundation for a new team and an international payroll organization that functions as one cohesive unit worldwide and remains in control.
EMEA payroll transformation
We also led a transformation project at an international company for the EMEA payroll team. First, we defined the strategy with the leadership team and then turned it into an approach, concrete objectives and time-bound actions for the project team and the international payroll teams.
The result was an EMEA payroll team that was able to achieve many improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and employee satisfaction. The great thing is that this team is now self-trained to analyze processes and keep improving!
